A wine experience
At the historic monasterial vineyard of Maou, dating from the 19th century, you will have an authentic wine tasting and farm-to-table experience.
You will learn about the biodynamic cultivation of the vines, the wine making, and some of Mykonos traditions. You are also welcome to visit and play with our animals. A kids friendly activity, ideal also for any traveller seaking authentic cultural experiences.

HARVEST and Grape Crushing
Each year, at the end of August, when the harvest is finished, the vineyard becomes a cultural nest for folklore Mykonian music and barefoot grape-stomping: a traditional way of wine making and wishing “kala krasia”, as we say in Greek.
